Orders placed before 2PM ET are processed and shipped the same business day. Compounds are shipped with cold-chain handling where required, discreetly packaged, and fully tracked.

Delivery Times

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–4 business days. International availability varies by region and compound.

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days. Contact support to start a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we will resolve it promptly.
